Payment of TWD bills just got more convenient. TWD customers may now pay their bills via SM Bills Pay offered at SM Business Services at the following locations:
- Waltermart Tanauan – at the Ground Floor, beside Simply Shoes, across Waltermart Supermarket
- SM City Lipa – at the Ground Floor, across David Rever
SM Business Services payment centers are open during mall hours but will accept payments only until 7:00 pm.
TWD customers just need to bring their current bills (also called Statement of Account) along with their cash payments on or before the SM/Waltermart Due Date specified on their bills. SM Bills Pay will not accept the following:
- Bills with arrears
- Bills beyond the SM/Waltermart due date
- Bills with unreadable bar code, account number and/or amount due
- Payments other than cash
TWD customers may still pay their current bills at Mt. Carmel Rural Bank (across the Tanauan Public Market, along A. Mabini Avenue) during banking hours. Meanwhile, our tellers at TWD office are open to accept payments for current bills and bills with arrears from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays, except holidays.
