Backgrounder:
Tanauan Water District (TWD), a category B local water district with postal address at Stall 1-7, 3rd floor Victory Mall & Market A. Mabini Avenue., Brgy. Pob;acion 7 Tanauan City, Batangas has entered into a Contractual Joint Venture with the Consortium of Manila Water Company Inc. And Manila Water Philippine Venture- the South Luzon Water Corp. (SLWC) commenced last June 01, 2019 for the design, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, operation, financing, expansion, and management of the water and sanitation system of TWD in the Service Area (the “Project”).
All frontline services were performed by our Joint Venture partner, procedures and actions with respect to operations covered by the provisions and policies. At present TWD is composed of set of five (5) Board of Directors and six (6) Contract Monitoring Unit (CMU)personnel including the General Manager (GM) as follows:
