We are extremely proud to announce that we have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification from the Anglo Japanese American (AJA) Registrars for our Quality Management System (QMS) on the Provision of Water Supply (excluding Design).

Tanauan Water District is committed to provide sustainable and potable water, and wastewater treatment services in the City of Tanauan in accordance with the required standards.

To achieve this, we shall:

  • Set definite direction to attain corporate growth and reliable operations;
  • Be committed to deliver efficient services to ensure total customer satisfaction;
  • Commit to adopt continuous improvement of the quality management system for the sustainable operations that enjoins all stakeholders.

Achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification took much effort from every member of our team as they worked harder to pass in-depth assessments of the processes and standards observed in our agency. We always look forward to better service for our customers and keep on facing new challenges and opportunities that come along with ISO certification.
